Introducing Pioneer Park

Pioneer Park is your DFW alternative, offering suitors pro-business incentives, abundant technical talent, and ready access to scalable power and connectivity. Located just outside Wichita Falls and Sheppard Air Force Base, and only 60 miles from Fort Worth, Texas, the campus boasts extensive power resources from North and West Texas, and access to 16+ network providers within a mile of its campus. Pioneer Park’s first phase features 6 MW of power in a 37,000- square-foot facility equipped with N+1 systems redundancies. Phase II will include a 550,000-square-foot facility with 150 MW of power, perfectly suited for high density AI and HPC applications, ensuring the scalability and high computing capacity required for today’s growing data needs.
