Srushti Gadre

Srushti Gadre has been working in the field of data annotation since 2022, when they joined DataOrb as a Lead Data Annotator. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2018 to 2022, where they held the roles of Team Manager and Team Lead. In their role as Team Manager, they managed team priorities and their execution towards established goals, coordinated and tracked projects and tasks for multiple locales/languages, and mentored the professional development of the team members. As a Team Lead, they were responsible for localisation testing, managing translation and localisation of data, and identifying bugs in software tools and data. Before joining Cognizant Technology Solutions, Srushti Gadre worked at OPTIMUM INFOSYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED from 2017 to 2018 as an Associate Linguist. In this role, they were responsible for developing manual and computer-aided grammar rules for Hindi/Indian English, syntax and semantics annotation for Hindi, grammar development for NLU projects, and language analysis on morphology, syntax and semantic levels.

Srushti Gadre received their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE), Bhopal (Autonomous) in 2015. Srushti then pursued their Master's degree in Linguistics from the Deccan college post graduate and research institute in Pune from 2015 to 2017.
