Jonathan Kruger serves as the Product Innovation and Growth Lead - International at DataOrbis since August 2020, focusing on data product innovation and growth in the international sector and appointed to the DataOrbis Exco. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Projects Lead at DataOrbis, Consultant at Eighty20 advising on financial impacts of strategic decisions, and co-founding Africa Merchant Capital Management, where responsibilities included managing Africa funds based on quantitative and fundamental analysis. Jonathan also has a background as a Quantitative Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Prescient Investment Management and founded Web Intelligence, a web development company. Current educational pursuits include a Data Science for Executives program at University of Columbia (edX), with previous qualifications from Perian Data, CFA Institute, and the University of Cape Town in Quantitative Finance.
