Developing large-scale, grid-connected data campuses that fuse land, power, fibre and water for AI and cloud growth.

DataParks is an independent developer of energy-anchored data-campus zones across Australia. We identify grid-proximate land on high-voltage transmission corridors, secure capacity with utilities, and align planning pathways with government so that hyperscale compute can plug into reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Working with a network of specialist partners, we turn complex, multi-stakeholder projects into bankable, delivery-ready campuses for hyperscalers, cloud providers and digital-infrastructure investors. Our work spans land assembly, zoning and approvals, grid and substation solutions, water and recycled-water programs, dark-fibre enablement and long-term capital structuring.

What we focus on

Site selection, due diligence and planning approvals for multi-hectare campuses

High-voltage grid connections, substations and firmed renewable supply pathways

Campus master-planning, civil delivery and utility corridors

Fibre, water and sustainability programs integrated from day one

Capital, JV and offtake structures that align operators, investors and landowners

Our goal is simple: unlock power-ready sites that let our partners build and operate the next generation of AI and cloud infrastructure in Australia.
