Blake Medley

Blake Medley has a strong background in software development and management. Blake currently serves as the Director of Software Products at DataPath, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing software development, product management, and sales engineering. Blake has implemented Agile best practices, redefined SDLC and KPI metrics, and achieved higher customer satisfaction leading to increased organic growth.

Prior to their current role, Blake worked at Technicolor as the Director of Software Product Owners. Blake successfully managed the completion of multiple software development projects and improved Agile efficiencies across teams. Blake also served as the Director of Software Engineering at Technicolor, where they led a team of engineers and generated significant revenue through software systems engineering and strategic negotiations with third-party vendors.

Before joining Technicolor, Blake worked at Cisco Systems as a Manager of Engineering. Blake led a team of software engineers and implemented Agile methodologies to improve the SDLC process and decrease project turnaround time. Blake also worked as an Associate Staff Software Engineer at Cisco, where they resolved software and network issues with key accounts and implemented optimization techniques.
