Catherine Lynch

Catherine Lynch has worked in the field of data analytics since 2016. Catherine began their career as a People Insights and Analytics Specialist at Two Sigma, where they also held the roles of HR Operations Analyst and Candidate Experience Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Datapeople as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst (formerly TapRecruit), where they are responsible for analyzing recruiting data to bring efficiency and equity to the talent acquisition process. Previously, they worked as a Theatrical Stage Manager from 2008 to 2016, supervising production staff and technical elements of numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, special events, and concerts.

Catherine Lynch completed a B.A. in Psychology from New York University between 2005 and 2009. Catherine then went on to obtain a M.S. in Human Captial Analytics and Technology from NYU School of Professional Studies between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained four certifications from LinkedIn between July and September 2020, including Excel: Introduction to Macros and VBA, Learning SQL Programming, Agile Foundations, and Programming Foundations: Databases.
