Peter Howley

Peter Howley has over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) industry. Peter began their career in 1992 as an Area Sales Representative, Project Trainer, and National Sales Manager for Human Resource MicroSystems. In 2000, they became the Western Region Sales Manager for SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation, where they managed seven Sales people throughout the West. In 2013, they joined Oracle as an HCM Cloud, Recruiting & Talent Management Sales. After a year, they moved to Halogen Software as an Integrated Talent Management - Regional Sales Manager. In 2017, they joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Customer Success Executive and achieved 100% quota attainment against a $2.5M quota in 2021. Currently, they are a Sales Executive at Datapeople, where they help organizations increase their qualified candidate pool while increasing their hiring diversity using data science and AI.

Peter Howley has attended the University of California Santa Cruz and the University of California Los Angeles, studying Computer and Information Sciences.
