Javier Osorio has over 8 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 2018 to present, they have been working as the Operations Manager at dataPlor, where they support the overall Operations for Latin America and Europe, building and ensuring continuous improvement with the Evaluation Area, and managing the operations and validation team in LATAM and EMEA. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at gA (Grupo Assa) as a CNC JDE Tech specialist/ Senior ERP Consultant, where they were responsible for AS400, CDC IBM Infosphere data Sharing, JD Edwards support, Project Promotion for ERP via AS400, and Security officer tasks such as role management, user creation and activation, and password management. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Nuxiba as an MRP/CRM Training Specialist, where they were responsible for training for ERP Implementation, ERP Implementation for sales point vendors, and training resources planning. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at CompuCom as a Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for tech support for ERP's such as SAP, JDE,for AS400, Cognos, VPN's, IBM Lotus notes, and training for new hires.
