Michaela Eamma, GISP, is a geospatial mapping professional with extensive experience in various roles within academic and industry settings. Currently serving as a Fellow of Geospatial Mapping at the Global Inclusive Economy Society since November 2025, Michaela previously worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at FiberLight, LLC, and as a GIS Consultant at the SMU Hunter & Stephanie Hunt Institute for Engineering & Humanity. Academic experience includes positions as a Lab Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Christian University, where Michaela focused on soil modeling research and taught introductory environmental courses. Early career experience includes assisting on a paleoclimate change project at Baylor University and completing an internship at Nutrien Ag Solutions. Michaela earned a Master of Science in Environmental and Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 2023.
