Jon Coughlon is currently the Vice President of the Global Service Desk at Dataprise, where they lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional IT support to a worldwide clientele. Jon's experience includes roles such as Senior Director at Dataprise, IT Manager at Innovative Technology Solutions, and Field Service Representative at Advanced Technology Services. They began their career as a Student Trainee IT Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. and built a strong foundation in technology through their education at Illinois Central College, where they earned an Associate’s Degree in Network Administration.
