Ling Pan has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in program management and customer service. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Dataprise since February 2018, Ling Pan has also held roles as Help Desk Team Lead and Help Desk Technician within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Klinger Insurance Group and a Nail Tech at JINSOON NATURAL HAND AND FOOT SPA. Additionally, Ling Pan contributed to marketing efforts as a Marketing Graphic Designer at Simply Colors Industries and provided customer service as a Server at both Wasabi Hibachi Steak House and Sushi Bar, and House of China. An internship at Mammoth Advertising further complements Ling Pan's experience. Education was pursued at The University of Akron from 2008 to 2015.
