As Chief Knowledge Officer and methodologist of the Advanced Analytics Group (AAG), Chuck provides out-of-the-box solutions for our clients in the insurance, banking, healthcare and technology verticals. His work provides clients with actionable marketing insights and options for
data-driven decision-making. He gives guidance to clients about issues such as predictive modeling, advanced multivariate analysis, data
integration, database marketing, and dashboard development.
His experience in consulting and teaching in quantitative methods enables Chuck and his team to provide unique solutions to business problems. Results have been utilized to bolster bottom line, reduce churn, improve retention, augment customer acquisition, improve customer/user satisfaction and loyalty, and provide insight into virtually all areas of marketing. He has held academic appointments at the London Business School in England, McMaster University, University of Guelph and University of Liverpool.
