Jay Popkin has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1995. Jay began their career at AT&T as a Project Manager, followed by a role as a Delivery Project Executive/Service Delivery Manager at IBM Global Services in 1996. At IBM, they also held the role of Service Delivery - Project Manager and Delivery Project Executive. In 2012, Jay moved to Benecard PBF as a Project Manager, and in 2013 they became a Senior Program Manager at Dataquest, where they are currently managing PennDOT's mandated and high priority IT projects.
Jay Popkin obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Jay also holds an ITIL\u00ae Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in December 2016.
