Ayala Chen

Ayala Chen's work experience begins in 2012 as an Instructor and Regional Manager at Yedidim for Youth and Society. In 2013, they become a Psychometric Test Instructor at Kidum until 2016. During the same year, Ayala briefly works as a Business Analyst at Shaldor. In 2016, they become a Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev until 2017. In 2017, they join GONOGO Business Plans as a Project Manager until 2018, and later becomes a Professional Manager until 2021. Ayala then moves to Datarails in 2021, starting as an FP&A CSM until 2021. Ayala then transitions to a Solutions Engineer role until 2023, after which they become the Director of Revenue Operations.

Ayala Chen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Big Data from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they attended from 2014 to 2017.
