Shahaf Matityahu started their work experience at the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel in 2012, where they served as a Manager. In this role, they produced events, managed logistical preparations, and worked with various suppliers. Shahaf also led an educational program and handled budgeting responsibilities.

In 2016, Shahaf worked as a Campaign Manager at The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. Shahaf was responsible for producing public events, coordinating with different parties, and establishing volunteer manpower.

From 2017 to 2018, Shahaf worked as a Customer Service Manager at Megamot College. In this role, they managed office operations, coordinated with suppliers, and provided service to customers. Shahaf also led a team and focused on staff development.

In 2018, Shahaf joined Ramot Group, now part of CBRE, where they had two roles. First, as a Project Manager, they established a data center and analyzed data to predict profitability. Shahaf then became an Operations Team Lead, managing a team of electricians and creating maintenance projects.

From 2019 to 2020, Shahaf worked as an FP&A Analyst at Intel Corporation. In this position, they analyzed large and complex project data and identified challenges and opportunities related to project operations.

In 2020, Shahaf was a Data Analyst at MaxLinear, where they analyzed data.

Currently, Shahaf holds the position of Solutions Engineer Team Lead at Datarails.

Shahaf Matityahu completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering from The Open University of Israel, from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Shahaf has obtained several certifications including "Python: Working with Predictive Analytics" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data with Python" from Coursera in March 2020, "Python for Everybody Specialization" from Coursera in March 2020, "Using Databases with Python" from Coursera in March 2020, "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera in February 2020, "Python Data Structures" from Coursera in February 2020, and "Using Python to Access Web Data" from Coursera in February 2020.
