Shoeb E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shoeb started their career at BT as a Credit Control Analyst, where they analyzed data to ensure billing accuracy. Shoeb then moved to Lowell Financial as a Software Configuration Analyst, where they administered and supported software across the business. Shoeb also worked at Talk Straight Group as a Telemarketing Sales Representative and later was seconded to the service delivery department to assist with backlog orders. In 2019, Shoeb joined Cilantro as a Marketing Executive, managing social media platforms and engaging with followers. Most recently, they worked at Once For All as an Inside Sales Executive, successfully signing up and upgrading customers. Currently, Shoeb is a Sales Support Executive at Dataro, where they promote AI-powered fundraising solutions for charities.

Shoeb E. attended Leeds University Business School from 2015 to 2018 as a mentee in the Nuturing Talent Mentor Scheme. From 2014 to 2018, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management at the University of Leeds. In terms of additional certifications, Shoeb obtained the B2B Sales Professional certification from ESET in May 2021.
