Katherine Stepanova

Katherine Stepanova is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and transactions. Currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at DataRobot since September 2021, Katherine leads the Transactions team in the Americas and has previously held roles such as Director of Legal and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to DataRobot, Katherine worked at AppDynamics, where responsibilities included team leadership and corporate counseling. Experience also includes roles at Lending Club as a Legal Associate, where Katherine supported corporate matters and compliance, and earlier positions at Quantum Corporation, SanDisk Corporation, and Futterman Dupree Dodd Croley Maier LLP, where various legal research, drafting, and litigation support tasks were performed. Katherine holds a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
