Dave Erasmus

Dave Erasmus has over 25 years of experience in the security and asset protection industry. In 2019, they became the Regional Director of DATASCAN, LP. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Founding Partner of Jard Inventory and Loss Prevention Solutions, where they were responsible for driving market penetration, business development, operations and talent management. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Group Asset Protection Manager of Al Tayer Group, where they developed and implemented a world-class Enterprise Asset Protection Programme. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Managing Director of HRG Security Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a company they established with a number of partners which specialized in providing security and training solutions to the niche hospitality, retail and casino markets. From 1995 to 2004, they were the Surveillance and Gaming Compliance Manager of Sun International.

Dave Erasmus has an extensive educational background. - Dave obtained their MBA from Milpark Business School between 2002 and 2005, focusing on Business. Prior to that, they completed an Executive Management Programme at the University of Cape Town in 2001, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. - Dave has also obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Udemy in May 2019, GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2019, Results Trained Coach from NeuroLeadership Institute in February 2019, and Investigative Interview Techniques from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in December 2016.
