Gary Dean

Gary Dean has extensive experience in technology recruitment and management, serving as Senior Director of Technology at Datasearch Consulting from August 2019 to April 2022. Prior to this role, Gary held positions at Hays, including Director of Technology and Senior Manager of Technology, focusing on mid to senior-level recruitment up to CTO level in Singapore. Gary also managed the Information Technology and Accountancy & Finance divisions at Wellington, specializing in recruiting for mid to senior-level technology roles, including Test Analysts and Data Analysts. Earlier in Gary's career, important leadership experience was gained as a Team Leader at Help The Aged from January 2004 to January 2006. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Management from the University of Surrey and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & English from Canterbury Christ Church University.
