Bhaskar R. began their career in 2010 as an Engineer - Pedestrian Protection for General Motors. In 2013, they moved to Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. as Manager - CAE. In 2015, Bhaskar R. simultaneously started working as a Trainer for ETHNUS and as Founder & CEO for Datasee.AI, a company created to make the power of big data and artificial intelligence accessible to businesses.

Bhaskar R. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering at St.Joseph's College of Engineering, Anna University between 2004 and 2008. Bhaskar then went on to pursue an M.S in Product Design at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 2008 and 2010. Bhaskar also holds a DFSS certification from General Motors.
