Tom Carlier has extensive experience in data science and engineering, with a career that began at Banksys as a System Engineer and Developer from May 1999 to May 2006. Following this, Tom worked at IBM from May 2006 to September 2012 as a SharePoint Architect, System Engineer, and Developer. Tom then served as a SharePoint and Backoffice Engineer at bpost from October 2015 to February 2017, before transitioning to BNP Paribas Investment Partners as an Application System Engineer and Developer focused on tools and KPI dashboards until July 2018. Tom's expertise continued to grow at Spikes as a Data Scientist and later as a Senior Data Scientist & Service Area Manager for Data & AI from August 2018 to May 2020. Since May 2020, Tom has been working at DataSense as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist. Educational background includes studies at Hogeschool Gent.
