Alex Hackworth

Alex Hackworth has a background in information systems and technology engineering. They are currently working as an Information Systems and Technology Engineer at DataServ, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Services Specialist at Weston Hurd from January 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they handled hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as network support. They have experience with various hardware and software systems such as desktop PCs, printers, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows servers.

Before their IT role, Alex worked as a Food Runner at Urban Farmer Restaurant from January 2019 to November 2019. They were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering food quickly and accurately. Additionally, they have experience working as a Concessionist at Cinemark from January 2018 to January 2019, where they provided positive customer service and worked collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs.

Alex Hackworth received their high school diploma from Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School between 2009 and 2013. In 2018, they enrolled at Cuyahoga Community College and completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies, with a focus on computer networking hardware, in 2020. In December 2020, Alex obtained a Linux Pro Certification from the TestOut Corporation, and in September 2022, they obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco.
