Cesar Beulen

Cesar Beulen is a Data Strategy Analyst at Datashift Strategy, where responsibilities include launching and growing the strategy offering while focusing on leveraging data and AI for client impact. Previously, Cesar led a team of 20 lifeguards at Stad Brugge, managing emergency situations and training while also working as a lifeguard at both Stad Brugge and Gemeente De Haan. Cesar is pursuing a Master in Management at INSEAD, recognized in the Dean's list and serving as Treasurer on the student council. Additional achievements include participation in a prestigious innovation program at Tsinghua University, contributing to a winning team in 2024.
