Ana Lua Souza has extensive experience in customer success, having worked in various roles since entering the field in 2018. At Eloz, Ana served in Customer Success from May 2020 to October 2023, followed by a position as Customer Success Coordinator at Converte Inteligencia em Vendas from January 2024 to October 2024. Ana then led the Customer Relationship Team at Solis from October 2024 to June 2025. Currently, Ana is involved in setting up the Customer Success area at Dataside, focusing on defining processes, customer journey, KPIs, and fostering a customer success culture. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Business from Universidade Paulista and an ongoing MBA in Sales Management from USP/Esalq.
