Emanoelli Ferraz is a project manager with extensive experience in information technology. They began their career as a technical support analyst, gaining valuable skills in customer service and problem resolution. Emanoelli then advanced to lead the API support team at IXCSoft, where they honed their leadership and communication abilities. Later, as a Product Owner at Hub2b, they were responsible for managing the product backlog and collaborating closely with development teams. Currently, Emanoelli is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at BBI while working as a project manager at Dataside.
