Joseph Rivera

Joseph Rivera, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Success at DataSnipper since November 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph accumulated extensive experience at Diligent from August 2017 to November 2025, progressing through various positions in Customer Success, including Manager and Team Lead. Joseph also worked at McGraw-Hill Education as a Digital Sales Coordinator from August 2015 to August 2017 and began a career at MediaRadar, Inc. as an Inventory Assistant from August 2013 to July 2015. Joseph’s early experience includes positions at The New York Public Library, where responsibilities included serving as both an Office Aide and Library Page. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University and an MBA in Technology Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
