Monika Miteva has a diverse work experience in the field of market research and data analysis. Monika has worked at Datassential since 2019, where they have held various roles including Panel Manager, Senior Manager Field Operations, and currently, the Associate Director of Syndicated Data & Panel. At Datassential, their responsibilities have included managing panel operations, improving panel profiling coverage, conducting feasibility studies for client proposals, and ensuring project data collection objectives are met.

Prior to joining Datassential, Monika worked at YouGov from 2013 to 2019. During their tenure, they served as the Panel Operations Manager, leading a team of Panel Executives and overseeing panel performance, training, and development. Monika also played a key role in building new international panels, improving panel profiling coverage, and managing relationships with vendors.

Before YouGov, Monika worked at J&T Services as a Panel Manager Consultant for Synapse Research and Authentic Response. Their responsibilities included maintaining online panels, assisting in the design of panelist web portals, ensuring quality control and data validation, and producing detailed reports on panel performance and data quality.

Monika's early career includes roles at JTN Research as a Panel Customer Service Consultant for Authentic Response and as a Direct Marketing Sample Consultant for Return Path. In these positions, they addressed panelist concerns, facilitated solutions, and provided support for direct marketing initiatives.

Throughout their career, Monika has demonstrated their expertise in panel management, data analysis, project management, and vendor relationship management. Monika has a strong track record of delivering high-quality work and achieving project objectives.

Monika Miteva received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics of Communications from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, completing their education from 2006 to 2010. Monika also holds a Marketing Research Certificate from DePaul University Continuing & Professional Education.
