Kaity Matson

Kaity Matson started their work experience in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch. Kaity then worked as a Hostess at Opa! Authentic Greek Cuisine in 2013. In 2014, they served as the Study Abroad Representative at NUI Maynooth International Society. Starting in 2015, they joined Zenefits as an Associate Benefits Advisor, where they developed and presented training materials, managed the open enrollment process for diverse groups, and was nominated for the Large Group Apprenticeship Program. In 2016, they became an Account Manager at Zenefits, establishing herself as a trusted partner and product expert. Kaity transitioned to the role of Benefits Advisor in 2017 and continued managing open enrollment and training employees. In 2018, Kaity joined Carvana as a Benefits Specialist and later became a Senior Benefits Specialist, responsible for managing benefits operations. Recently, in 2022, they joined DataStax as a Benefits Administrator.

Kaity Matson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Arizona from 2011 to 2015. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in a Study Abroad program at NUI Maynooth. Additionally, in June 2015, they obtained an Arizona Resident Insurance License for Accident/Health and Life Producer. Kaity also has additional certifications for various non-resident insurance licenses in states such as California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, and Virginia, but the specific months and years for these licenses are unknown.
