Michael Rains

Michael Rains is an experienced professional in the technology and application development sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Escalations and Premium Support at DataStax since January 2016, Michael has also held roles such as Manager of Advanced Response Engineering and Advanced Response Engineer. Prior to DataStax, Michael was a VP of Application Development at Bank of America, focusing on OLB Authentication Database Engineering and Global Access Identification. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Project Team Manager at Signature Consultants, Technical Project Manager at CGI, and Application Developer for the Clay County Board of Education.
