Daniel Lapidus has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Daniel is the Managing Director and Founder of Datastory since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director and Founder of Lapidus Interactive from 2013 to 2021. Daniel also co-founded Data Act Lab AB and served as the Technical and Creative Project Leader from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Data visualization consultant at SVT from 2012 to 2014 and as a Project Leader and Data visualization consultant at Beamon Consulting from 2012 to 2013. Daniel began their career as an IT Developer at Gapminder Foundation from 2008 to 2012.
Daniel Lapidus has a diverse education history in the field of healthcare and global health. In 2010, they attended Karolinska Institutet where they studied Global Health. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued their studies in the Läkarprogrammet program at Umeå University. In 2006, they also briefly studied Medical ethics, Medical statistics, and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Gothenburg. In 2005, Daniel Lapidus briefly studied Internationella relationer at the University of Gothenburg.
