Conor Farrington

Conor Farrington serves as the Senior Director of Innovation & Policy at Dataswyft, focusing on expanding markets for advanced technology since September 2025. Concurrently, Conor has been a Bye-Fellow at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge since March 2017, and previously held the role of Chief of Staff at SATAVIA from November 2020 to September 2025. Conor's extensive experience in academia includes roles as Head of Communications and Marketing at the University of Cambridge, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate, contributing significant research on medical technology and sociological implications of digital advancements. Additional academic contributions include being a Visiting Academic at the University of Cape Town and an Affiliated Lecturer at the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge. Conor holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Cambridge, alongside other advanced degrees from Harvard University, the University of Edinburgh, and the University of St Andrews.
