Paul Tasker

Paul Tasker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career as the Technical Director at Widney Aish Ltd in 1988 and held the position until 1991. After that, they joined BMT Defence Services Ltd as a Director from 1991 to 1996. In 1996, they joined BAE Systems and held various roles including Engineering Director for Astute, CS&S Naval, and Programme Director for Service and Support Engineering. Paul'stenure at BAE Systems lasted until 2009.

In 2009, Paul took on multiple roles simultaneously. Paul became a Director at S3-Engineering Ltd from April 2009 to June 2019. Paul also held academic positions as a RAEng Visiting Professor in Integrated System Design at Cranfield University's School of Applied Sciences from November 2009 to December 2015, and at the University of Kent's School of Engineering and Digital Arts from November 2009 to October 2017.

Throughout their career, Paul Tasker has been actively involved in industry collaborations and advisory boards. Paul served as the Chair of the HAT Industry Advisory Board at Warwick Manufacturing Group from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they were a Principal Industrial Fellow with IfM ECS Ltd at the University of Cambridge from July 2009 to July 2012.

Paul co-founded Dataswift in October 2015 and continues to serve as a Director. Paul also joined HAT Community Foundation as the Director and acting CEO in December 2015.
