Pit Perzyna

Pit Perzyna has a diverse work history in the technology industry. Pit currently serves as a Site Reliability Engineer Lead at Shell, where they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at FikaWorks starting in November 2021. Before their role at FikaWorks, Pit was a DevOps Engineer at Dataswift, a technology infrastructure company, where they started in October 2020.

Before joining Dataswift, Pit co-founded SmartPark Solutions, where they served as a Fullstack & Business Developer starting in October 2019. Pit also worked as a Cloud Native Engineer at Container Solutions from November 2018 to October 2020.

Earlier in their career, Pit worked as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer at 10Clouds from June 2017 to October 2018. Pit gained experience in SRE/DevOps at Accenture from January 2016 to August 2016, supporting software developers in deployment processes.

Prior to that, Pit worked as an Administrator Linux at Hcore.com from December 2014 to January 2016. Pit also gained experience as an Owner at Synergia Polska from July 2010 to June 2012, where they provided IT services including outsourcing, system administration, network implementation, and web application development.

Pit began their career as a Linux/Network Administrator at Sekocin.pl - Martel from July 2009 to July 2010.

Pit Perzyna completed a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the same institution, from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their educational degrees, Pit Perzyna has obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they became HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate, and in May 2020, they achieved HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certifications. In April 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer certification. Moreover, Pit Perzyna is a Google Cloud Engineer certified by Google Cloud Platform in December 2018. They have also obtained various Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications, including AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (November 2018) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (May 2018). Pit Perzyna holds the Certified Jenkins Engineer certification from CloudBees, obtained in December 2017. Prior to these certifications, they acquired the CCENT certification from Cisco in January 2015. Additionally, they have Red Hat certifications, including Red Hat Certified Engineer (EX300) obtained in April 2014 and Red Hat Certified System Administrator (EX200) obtained in December 2013. Earlier in their career, in March 2012, Pit Perzyna obtained an Electric Permission - SEP E (1 kV) certification from the Polish Association of Power Engineers - SPE, and in the same month, they acquired a Safe working at heights with Alpine Techniques certification from Assecuro Sp. z o.o.
