Tom Pindar

Tom Pindar has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. Tom is currently working as a Business Intelligence Lead at Datatonic, where they are responsible for leading the team and providing insights through data analysis. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal BI Analyst at the same company. Before joining Datatonic, Tom served as the Head of Data at SECRETSALES.com, where they developed data strategies and managed relationships with external business intelligence infrastructure suppliers. Tom also worked on data warehouse management, business intelligence, and marketing analytics. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at McGraw-Hill Education and as an Operational Information Manager at NEST - National Employment Savings Trust. Tom has also held various roles at DCC plc, including Distribution Product Manager, Graduate Sales and Marketing Executive, Graduate New Product Development Executive, and Graduate Marketing Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for managing relationships with clients, setting and meeting sales targets, and overseeing the development of new products. Tom has a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in tools such as Looker, Amazon Redshift, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and SQL.

Tom Pindar attended The University of Sheffield from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified LookML Developer from Looker.
