Alina McCarthy is currently the VP of Global HR and Recruitment at Datavail. She leads a global team in reinforcing strong company culture and contributes to the organization’s growth strategy by aligning, designing, and implementing core HR practices to business goals and objectives.

Previously, she was Director of Human Resources with Navantis, where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. She is a highly accomplished human resource professional with progressive experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

Alina also served in HR management roles in IT, Not-for-Profit, and Digital Marketing companies.
