Erika Sickinger

Erika Sickinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and service management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Director of Service Management for the Eastern Region at Datavail since February 2013, Erika has demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Previously, Erika worked as an Engagement Manager at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and held various roles including Delivery Manager at Digitas North America, and Senior Account Manager / Project Manager at Track Entertainment. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Franklin & Marshall College, obtained in 2004.
