Michael Dexter is an accomplished engineering and product management professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product at Datavail since December 2016, Michael leads a product team focused on delivering a long-overdue application within budget constraints. Before this, Michael worked as a Project Manager, Software Development & Product Launch, where responsibilities included acting as the Product Owner and Agile Coach for an internal application automating various monitoring processes. Prior experience includes a tenure at Trimble from July 1996 to May 2016 as Development Manager/Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects in the CAD MEP market and DevOps while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
