Prashant Rotti

Prashant Rotti is a seasoned human resources recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT hiring across India and North America. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition leader at Datavail since October 2019, Prashant is responsible for fulfilling IT hiring goals while coaching a team of recruiters. Prior to this role, Prashant worked at Capgemini for nearly a decade, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the Infra and BFS business units. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at QSource Global Consulting Pvt Ltd. Prashant holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
