Scott Konash

Scott Konash possesses extensive experience in database administration and technical analysis, with a focus on DB2 systems. Currently serving as DB2 Director and Global Practice Lead at Datavail since January 2018, Scott previously held the position of Lead System Specialist - Database Analysis at Verizon Data Services from January 2009 to January 2019, overseeing critical DB2 UDB database systems and training specialized DBA teams. Prior roles include Database Administrator III at Winn Dixie Stores Inc in 2008 and a progression of DB2 UDB DBA positions at Verizon Data Services and IBM from 2005 to 2007 and 2003 to 2005, respectively. Scott holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science with a Business Minor from the University of Alberta.
