Chadi Mikhael

Chadi Mikhael has extensive experience in service delivery and operations within the healthcare sector, notably serving as Vice President of Service Delivery & Operations at Datavant, where responsibilities included managing a $100M P&L, directing nine operation managers, and overseeing a workforce of 260 team members across six states. Prior roles at Datavant include Director of Service Delivery & Operations, managing a $50M P&L and enhancing service delivery and team engagement. Chadi also held leadership positions at AADS Marketing & Printing, as General Manager/Director of Operations, and managed a 25-customer portfolio as Senior Product Manager at MA Labs. Earlier experience includes roles as Product Manager and Prototype Engineer. Chadi holds an Executive MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
