Chris Mader

Chris Mader currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Datavant, a role assumed following the company's rebranding from CIOX Health due to a merger in November 2023. Mader has extensive experience in operational leadership, having previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at CIOX Health from May 2019 to November 2023, and Regional Director of Operations prior to that. Earlier in the career, Mader was the Divisional Operations Director at Agiliti, overseeing business planning and financial goal achievement. Additional experience includes serving as District Operations Manager at Universal Hospital Services and Clinical Director at Alive Hospice, where Mader led multidisciplinary teams and achieved financial targets through performance analysis. A strong background in compliance was developed as Chief Compliance Officer at Alive Hospice. Mader earned an MBA in Healthcare from Bellevue University and a BSW in Social Work from Austin Peay State University.
