Eric Omdahl

Eric Omdahl serves as the Senior Vice President of Data Analytics at Datavant, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Eric was the Vice President of Data Analytics and AI at Solventum, leading the analytics capabilities for a $8.5 billion healthcare spin-off from September 2023 to April 2025, and held a similar role at 3M during the same period. At UnitedHealth Group from January 2019 to December 2023, Eric progressed to Vice President of Enterprise Reporting & Analytics, focusing on implementing operational strategies to enhance reporting and analytics across the organization. Earlier, Eric led Pharmacy Care Services Reporting and Analytics for UnitedHealth Group’s $60 billion pharmacy division, standardizing strategies to optimize processes. Eric holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis, Productions & Operations Management, and Strategic Management from the University of South Dakota.
