Esther Chan

Esther Chan, CBCP, is a dedicated business continuity professional with over a decade of experience across financial services, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors. They served as Vice President of Business Continuity Governance at MUFG from 2012 to 2018, where they were instrumental in developing Business Continuity Plans and establishing a new exercise program. Currently, Esther leads the global Business Continuity team at Starbucks as a Senior Manager, focusing on resilience and risk management. They are also a Senior Resilience Manager at Datavant and are pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance at the University of Southern California.
