John Paladino

John Paladino currently serves as Senior Vice President Of Technology at Datavant since February 2020. Previously, Paladino held the position of Vice President of Technology at Anthem from July 2017 to January 2020, and served as Vice President of Software Engineering at Inovalon from January 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities included directing product development practices and managing teams for risk adjustment and care management products. Prior to Inovalon, Paladino was a Development Manager at 3M, overseeing software development for hospital medical records, and worked as a Director at Eclipsys, focusing on the design and enhancement of the flagship product SunriseXA. Paladino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
