Kathryn Stalmack

Kathryn Stalmack currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Datavant, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Restore Hyper Wellness from August 2022 to November 2023 and served as General Counsel at Cloudmed from May 2021 to August 2022. Kathryn has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having held key legal positions at Matrix Medical Network, ModivCare, and BioScrip, Inc., as well as working as a healthcare attorney at Polsinelli PC and Donohue Brown Mathewson & Smyth. Kathryn obtained a law degree from Loyola University School of Law and a degree in Education from Miami University.
