Matt Holt

Matt Holt is the Managing Director and President of Private Equity at New Mountain Capital, a position held since August 2001, focusing on partnering with management teams to foster growth. In addition to this role, Matt Holt serves as Chairman of Signify Health, where significant acquisitions have transformed the company, and as Lead Director at multiple companies including Cloudmed, Ontario Systems, and Topix Pharmaceuticals. As Chairman of Datavant, Matt Holt has been instrumental in strategic acquisitions and the merger that formed the Datavant Group. Matt Holt's previous experience includes serving as Director at Avantor, where key acquisitions shaped the company, and Lead Director at Zep Inc., following the acquisition in 2015. Academically, Matt Holt holds an A.B. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University, earned in 1999.
