Meredith Rarick

Meredith Rarick, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Transformation & Optimization at Datavant since September 2021, Meredith has also held roles such as HR Business Partner/Generalist at CSX and Human Resources Manager at Vail Resorts. Previous positions include Human Resources Shared Services Lead at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Employment Specialist/Site Coordinator at Easterseals Colorado. Meredith holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global and a Master of Social Work from Gallaudet University, complemented by a dual Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Currently pursuing further education at Aveta Business Institute as of 2022, Meredith is dedicated to continuous professional development in the HR field.
