Monique Baker

Monique Baker is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and office coordination. Currently serving as Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at Datavant, Monique has also provided interim support to the CEO. Previous roles include supporting high-level executives at Oscar Health, including the COO and Chief Medical Officer, and serving as an Executive Assistant at Macquarie Group. Early career positions involved administrative support at the International Social Justice Commission and legal internships at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto and the National Whistleblowers Legal Defense and Education Fund. Monique holds a Master of Professional Studies in Paralegal Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Montclair State University.
