Neha Kumar

Neha Kumar is a seasoned product and strategy leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Strategy, Payer at Datavant since June 2024, Neha previously held the position of Partner & COO at Floating Point from September 2023 to June 2024. At Oscar Health, Neha advanced through various roles from Product Manager to VP of Product Management between April 2015 and September 2023, contributing significantly to product strategy and management. Neha participated in First Round Capital's Angel Track Spring 2022 Cohort, recognized for exceptional talent out of over 2,000 applicants. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at American Express, where Neha focused on product development and led innovative initiatives, as well as a role in strategic planning. Neha began a career at IBM as an intern and also volunteered as an English teacher in Cairo. Neha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science & Arts.
