Polly Gray

Polly Gray is an accomplished professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acceleration at Datavant since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Learning Strategy & Development Leader for the GE account and Learning and Development Program Manager at Genpact from December 2018 to July 2022. Polly held the position of Learning & Development Program Manager at GE for a brief period in 2018 and worked at GE Capital from May 2006 to January 2018 in several capacities, including Learning & Development Program Manager and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Leighton and Human Resources Specialist at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Polly Gray earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Newcastle University Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Psychology and English from Newcastle University.
